What is your policy on theft and damage?

We prioritize security in our stores to mitigate theft, damage, or any issues. Brands are encouraged to obtain their own insurance for product protection during their pop-up tenure. LDC is not liable for any lost or damaged items and does not reimburse brands accordingly, as stated in the contract. Our trained staff maintain a vigilant presence to minimize theft risks.
