How can I upload my inventory to LDC?

Instructions for uploading Inventory to our online store 

Eligible stores will need to follow these simple steps to upload your inventory to our store. It involves first exporting your inventory from Shopify & then uploading it to our platform. 


Step 1) Export your inventory from Shopify

  • Login to your Shopify account
  • Follow these instructions to export the relevant products from your online store
  • Share the export in a csv/ excel/ google sheet format and I will spot check it for you before we proceed to upload


Step 2) Upload your inventory to LDC 


Here’s how to upload your products to the online store: 

  • Login to your Clubhouse account here
  • Click on the “Inventory” icon on the left-hand sidebar (it’s the shopping bag icon) 
  • Click “ADD PRODUCTS” button on the top right hand side 
  • Upload your CSV file you just downloaded from Shopify 
  • Select the items you wish to add to the online store & click “SUBMIT TO STORES”, add inventory levels for the products & then click “PUBLISH NOW”
    • If you want to update product details, you will need to ensure these are reflected in your CSV upload. New uploads will overwrite product details for previously uploaded products. 


Your items will then show as “Pending”, meaning a member of our team will review them before publishing to our online store. This may take up to a few days!
