Account Setup & Password Reset
Having trouble logging in? Here's some tips below.
When your Clubhouse account is created we will send you an email inviting you to reset your password and login.
The email will direct you to this page here.
- Enter your email address (make sure it is the one you signed up with when you completed the Join the Club form)
- Click Send Email
- An email will be sent to your registered Clubhouse email address
- Open the email (check Spam and Junk too)
- Reset your password
I did not receive a password reset email. What should I do?
- Check your spam and junk folders.
- Check if your inbox is full / no capacity
- Try one more attempt (send another password reset email)
- Checking email address for any typos
- Ensure you are using the correct email address that is linked to your Clubhouse account
